FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. - Spring break can be filled with fun and inspiration at the Discovery Spring Break Art Camp at the Museum of Northern Arizona (MNA). Children ages 5-13 can enjoy individual days or attend a full week of camp.
Each day provides cultural art experiences with professional artists. Topics range from learning about rock art to painting and making soap.
MNA provides art supplies, instruction, hands-on activities and field trips. Campers should bring water, snacks, lunch and appropriate clothing for going outside. Discovery Spring Break Art Camp is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. March 17-21.
The cost of the program is $50 a day or $230 for the week per child. MNA members receive a 10 percent discount.
